These are the most intriguing Mister Lous I’ve come across in a minute. This Maryam horsehide has a Petrolio-green dyed base that has been enveloped in a black wax, a combination that should offer one hell of a patina evolution.

Halo gives Alden’s excellent LWB pattern the slight-chonk crepe sole treatment, built on the Barrie last in Horween Color 8 shell cordovan with a 360 flat welt.
Bordon Wanes Boot in Salvia: $314 (Made To Order)
Colombian relative newcomer Bordon just unveiled a whole squadron of their Wanes Boot, including this pair made with a waxed reverse calf leather from Maryam. All pairs in this batch (you have to order by May 19) are made to order with a Vibram Eton studded sole, or the Fighter commando sole. Stitchdown head honcho Ben just got his hands on a pair…early word from him is they’re a very solid boot especially for the price. Expect to see a review from us soon!

Made in collaboration with Tennessee cobblers Potter and Sons, aka YouTube’s Trenton & Heath, these PNW-style wingtip boots are made on the HNW last with Nicks’ exclusive 1964 Brown leather and a Vibram 430 minilug sole.
Truman Boot Co. Derby in Dark Natural Double Shot: $380
Built on the 55 last, these sturdy derbies are made with a dark natural shade of Seidel’s Double Shot leather, and feature a 270 flat welt with Dainite soles.
