As those incessant Burger King ads always say, it’s nice to have things your way. Meermin’s limited-time Custom Boot Event allows you to do just that—but you’re getting a lot more than just a different kind of sandwich. Wait, should Meermin start selling burgers? This metaphor is getting confusing. Anyways…

It’s been one whole year since Meermin ran their last custom boot bonanza, and once again, they’ve set the table with all sorts of options. Ten different boot styles—ranging from their handsome wholecut Chelseas to their dapper cap toe balmoral boots—are available for customization.

Once you’ve picked your model, select your construction type. Meermin offers three construction methods: classic Goodyear welt, as seen below…meermin chelsea waxy shell cordovan caper green

…their Ultraflex welt, which includes strategically-placed Memory Foam to offer out-of-the-box comfort…

Beyond that, you’ve got a wide array of options for leathers. Smooth calf, grained calf, kudu, suede, C.F. Stead’s Waxy Commander, Horween’s Chromexcel and Shell Cordovan, Meermin’s mystery-tannery waxed shell cordovan (pictured on the Chelseas above)…the list goes on. Plus, you can even mix and match the vamp and shaft leathers on certain boot styles.

As for the soles, you can select from virtually every style Meermin offers, from hefty commando rubber soles to the premium leather soles from JR Rendenbach (with blind channel stitching for maximum classiness). Oh, and as for the lining—you can stick to full grain calfskin, or get a layer of shearling for extra warmth.

Perhaps best of all: you can pick and choose from these options without any additional custom fees thrown on top, meaning that Meermin’s slightly ridiculous value proposition remains intact. For example, a jumper boot in Horween shell will still only run you about $600, and most leather options in that style remain below $300.

We’re not sure when this Custom Boot Event will be happening again, but Meermin indicates they won’t be hosting another one for a long time. Aka: get your order confirmed before this event closes at midnight Eastern time on Sunday, Feb. 5th.
