I guess it’s been a busy winter for bootmakers, because there’s not a single pre-order or MTO in the roundup this week—just real, already existing ready-to-wear shoes and boots, including what is quite possibly the most interesting model yet from Arch Support Project, Yuketen’s new hiking boots, and familiar but extremely unique sneakers from Hender Scheme.
All our previous roundups are collected here.

Division Road x Arch Support Project Hunter Moc in Black Cowhide: $1,225
The Hunter is the first moccasin-constructed model from the brand, though these are about as close to regular moccasins as Arch Support’s other boots are from a standard welted shoe. As usual, there’s a ton of handwork. Vanishingly thin waists expose the visible added arch support, which is attached to the upper with a (quite dramatic) butt stitch, and then wrapped under the instep. The quarters are attached with a bound seam that runs around the whole circumference of the boot. Underfoot are custom Vibram outsole, and the uppers are clicked from a waterproof chrome-tanned cowhide tanned by Heinen, available in black…
Division Road x Arch Support Project Hunter Moc in Brown Cowhide: $1,225
…and “Espresso Brown.”

Viberg Service Boot 1035 in Aged Bark Reverse Chamois: $1,040
…and a Service Boot on the lower-toed 1035 last in Aged Bark reverse chamois. Both use stitchdown construction and commando outsoles.

Viberg Service Boot 1035 in Mushroom Chamois Roughout: $900
Lost & Found is carrying a similar model in green reverse chamois, alongside the same “Aged Bark” 1035 that’s at Brooklyn.

Yuketen Amandola Boot in Cognac Virgil: $930
The Yuki Matsuda version of an Italian hiker, outfitted with the appropriate Vibram Cortina outsole and 360˚ stitchdown construction, and a lace-to-toe upper in crust vegetable tanned cowhide. You can find them—as well as a number of other Yuketen models—at Toronto’s Uncle Otis.

Hender Scheme Manual Industrial Products 33 in Natural Veg-tan: $902
Recreating everyday, mass produced objects in natural veg-tan is basically Hender Scheme’s deal—that might be a wall clock, or a very non-traditional daruma, or more likely a pair of soccer-style sneakers, complete with foldover tongue.

John Lofgren Monkey Boots in Shell Cordovan: $1,650
If you missed out on the “Black Ops” versions of Lofgren’s Monkey…

John Lofgren Combat Boots in Shell Cordovan: $1,650
…or Combat boots last week, there’s a just about a full range of sizes available at Standard & Strange. Other than the monochrome look and Shinki shell uppers, these are your standard Logren boot built with 360˚ storm welts and Vibram V-bar outsoles.

Grant Stone Baroda Boot in Natural Roughout Chromexcel: $435
…the Boroda boot, which shares its last (and its wider toebox) with their Brass boot, and teasing a natural roughout version of a to-come Elias Side-Zip. For the time being though, the Barodas have a 360˚ split welt and the same green half-soles.

Grant Stone Diesel Boot in Olive Chromexcel: $435
Last but not least, commando outsole and olive Chromexcel version of the Diesel Boot.

Y’2 Leather BB-01 Engineer Boots in Brown Bullhide: $970
Y’2 found some extremely textured bullhide for these BB-01s. Which is also extremely pliable, despite its thickness. Because of that, the forgiving Munson toe, and the relatively high instep, East West Apparel is positioning these as a great boot for people who have fit-trouble with engineers. Built with Vibram 705 half soles, solid brass hardware, and a 270˚ flat welt.

Bradbury Slipper Rubber-sole in Heritage Brown: $218
There are few better places to get handsewn moccasins than Rancourt, but until now their slippers were only available with a leather sole. This week they introduced a rubber soled version of the Bradbury (as the name suggests), and they also added a few pairs of their winter slippers to the “Select Collection”—at a 20% discount that’s automatically applied at checkout.

and Wander x Paraboot Michael in Grey: $694
Counterintuitively, the new and Wander x Paraboot collab isn’t available at and Wander or Paraboot; only at Coverchord, though international shipping is a little more straightforward than for many Japanese retailers. Other than the pavement grey uppers, the other unique detail is the brown and white candy striped laces…

and Wander x Paraboot Crusaz in Grey: $694
…and there’s a version of the Crusaz as well which shares the same details.

Diemme Roccia Basso in Faded Black: $470
Diemme spent its first two decades quietly producing boots for the Italian Army and a handful of notable fashion houses, but for the last ten years, they’ve focused on making more or less modern versions of Goodyear-welted Italian hiking boots under their own name. The Roccia Basso, restocked this week, is a boot shoe in exactly that vein, with suede uppers mostly covered by a generous mudguard, a padded collar, and Eurosole’s lightweight Desert outsole.
